You can have everything CloserSuite holds about you deleted. Here is how, depending on what you want removed.
To stop CloserSuite reading data from a connected account — your Meta advertising account, your calendar or your payment provider — sign in, open Integrations, and click Disconnect on that integration. The stored access token is deleted immediately and we retrieve nothing further.
For a Meta account you can also revoke access from Meta's side, under Settings → Business integrations in your Facebook account.
Email privacy@closersuite.io from the address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm that the request comes from you, delete your user account and all data belonging to your organisation within 30 days, and email you when it is done.
Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Italian law requires, after which they are deleted too. Nothing else is retained.
If your details were added to CloserSuite by a business that uses it as their CRM, that business decides what happens to that record. Contact them directly, or write to us at privacy@closersuite.io and we will pass the request on to them.
